MRFT FINANCE is the private property lending company of Reesby & Company providing funding for bridging and property development facilities.
Reesby & Co have provided over $5 billion of non bank finance via our internal finance companies over the past 30 years. This has been on first mortgage, second mortgage and an equity basis. We are currently lending loan amounts of between $3 million and $100 million for development projects throughout New Zealand.
Borrowers can find it difficult to secure development and investment funding from traditional sources. These are generally good borrowers who do not meet the banks’ revised credit criteria primarily relating to a level of vacancy in their commercial property or lack of presales in residential development. We have private lenders and non bank lenders able to provide this funding.
