Reesby & Company Limited has funded numerous residential subdivision and house developments for over 25 years. In the last 5 years, we have funded in excess of 100 residential developments/subdivisions with a combined value in excess of $3 billion.
We are able to source funding with projects that have little or no presales. We source funding for:
- Residential house development projects throughout New Zealand.
- Residential subdivisions throughout New Zealand.
- The majority of the residential house projects funded consist of 10 to 50 houses.
- The majority of the subdivisions funded range from 10 to 200 sections.
- We source funding for high value (over $5 million) individual houses in the Auckland region.
- We source funding for projects with little or no presales.
- We source funding for the initial land purchase prior to development of the site.
- We source funding for developers wishing to undertake their own construction.
