We are able to source funding with projects that have little or no presales. We source funding for:

  • Residential house development projects throughout New Zealand.
  • Residential subdivisions throughout New Zealand.
  • The majority of the residential house projects funded consist of 10 to 50 houses.
  • The majority of the subdivisions funded range from 10 to 200 sections.
  • We source funding for high value (over $5 million) individual houses in the Auckland region.
  • We source funding for projects with little or no presales.
  • We source funding for the initial land purchase prior to development of the site.
  • We source funding for developers wishing to undertake their own construction.


Our internal finance company Spinnaker Capital is currently funding over $300 million of residential developments and subdivisions throughout New Zealand.
