Reesby & Company Limited has funded numerous residential subdivision and house developments for over 20 years. In the last 2 years, we have funded in excess of 30 residential developments/subdivisions with a combined value in excess of $300 million.

We are able to source funding with projects that have little or no presales. We source funding for:

  • Residential house development projects in throughout New Zealand.
  • Residential subdivisions in throughout New Zealand.
  • The majority of the residential house projects funded consist of 5 to 30 houses.
  • The majority of the subdivisions funded range from 10 to 200 sections.
  • We source funding for high value (over $3 million) individual houses in the Auckland region.
  • We source funding for projects with little or no presales.
  • We source funding for the initial land purchase prior to development of the site.
  • We source funding for developers wishing to undertake their own construction.

Our internal finance company Spinnaker Capital is currently funding over $100 million of residential developments and subdivisions throughout New Zealand.
